It formed between Cuba and Yucatan, went strraight up the Gulf and looks like it hit Talahassee. From there, it moved across the extreme southeastern tip of Alabama, then through the mid section of Georgia, South Carolina, eastern North Carolina, back out into the Atlantic and went on a sight-seeing trip to New York. Betty, Charlie and Delta were interesting storms. They formed in the middle to northern Atlantic and pretty much stayed there, which is what I think they all should do. By the way.
