of course ... the extensions are just there for MS-products
and their application software: MicroSoft Compact Disk
EXtensions are just that ... a standard ...
the program MSCDEX.EXE adds just that functionality to MSDOS
but in windows these things are probably done by the multimedia
extensions that are loaded with windows.
