Not to worry. The search engines are not that thorough. You can't use
them to find any one specific message 100% of the time anyway.

But as far as displaying FTN messages on websites, that's pretty cool!

Sychronet allows a webbased presentation.

A few sample systems:

http://freeway.vkradio.com/msgs/subs.ssjs?msg_grp=Fidonet
http://bbs.tdod.org/msgs/subs.ssjs?msg_grp=Fidonet
http://sectiononebbs.com/msgs/subs.ssjs?msg_grp=Fidonet
http://sestar.synchro.net/msgs/subs.ssjs?msg_grp=Fidonet

I see this as progress and a great way to provide a glimpse of Fidonet to
the masses.

WV> Although sometimes it was convenient to be able to use ozzmosis in

All of the webbased presentations, including ozzmosis, lack one key
element: Search. Without it, a bit more manual labour is required to step
through the messages to find anything. The convenience was limited.

Maybe Sychronet's web login account provides a S)earch, but someone
running the server can elaborate.
