My, my! That was a piece of news that had so far escaped my scan.
Too bad. Sounds like Mr. FBI might have been wrapped a little
tightly to begin with and if the story re Cornwell's affair with his
wife are true, would sure be enough to send him careening over the
edge.
It's fascinating to me that he is of the opinion that a pre-meditated
murderer is a better candidate for parenting than a person having an
affair (even with a memeber of the same sex!). Obviouslt,
rationality was not a long suit here.

No kidding! But obviously, there are several professions success in
which makes one a "public person" even in one's private life.
Regardless, I just hope her books improve! I thouroughly enjoyed the
first two or three but have been becoming more disenchanted with each
succeeding ones.
