Last century, yes.  These days, except my RDP sessions to vBox VMs (like this),
I'm doing about double of each of those dimensions.  I like GoldEd at 160x40.

Even on this netbook I'm doing 100x35 at 1024x600 res, on the 9inch (23cm?)
screen.  :)
