Note he does not state the total number of users.
This was the same classic Microsoft ploy of dressing up the
"reliability" of
doublespace. All the MS tech notes stated the hundreds of thousands of
effective testing hours with no problems.
Yet in the field, it failed misrably.
It means one of two things: Either they just plain "forgot" to
mention the
failures, or the testing was hoplessly ineffective.
Or, perhaps both.
