What is the point in comparing Fidonet with Facebook, Twitter or other social
networks? There are interesting and high-quality discussions on the Internet.
Just look at the diversity of web forums (some running on software that still
has "bulletin board" in the name).
Comparing Facebook with tabloid talk show / trash TV would make more sense than
comparing it with Fidonet.
