That is my kind of thinking, I like it. It's often those little things that
make all of the difference. 
I've taught a few academics valuable lessons in how to treat techs over the
years. Usually with an audience. And the Helldesk has stories it passes down
about me. I'm not even sure where half of it came from, but it sounds like me
and memory is failing, so I mean, it might have happened. Maybe.
