Panis, Ralf will start from back of grid

(11-Jul-98) - Olivier Panis and Ralf Schumacher will have to start from the
back of the grid for Sunday's British Grand Prix after both fell foul of
the technical regulations at Silverstone on Saturday.

Both drivers were thrown out for an infringement of article 13.3, which
states that the drivers must be able to lift their legs out of the cockpit
without them being obstructed.
