no... real terminals like the Wyse 50 and similar... they were connected to the
host machine with serial links ;)

true but our readers and terminals used to access our bbses don't recognise the
CTRL-W and CTRL-H's like they used to... it used to be that they were seen as
actual control commands instead of a combination of the characters '^' and 'W'
or 'H' ;)
