    I know you are right about the problem having come up before, but I can't 
remember what the cause/remedy is either.  And I don't even have the FAQs 
anymore.  It does seem to me though that quite a few of Opus problems could 
be 'fixed' by a combination of unpacking a new copy of the fossil and 
opus.exe, and recompiling the prm, plus renaming the sched.dat and creating a 
new one (at least to see if that is what is causing the problem).  After that 
I remember other programs, usually TSRs, interfering with Opus caused some of 
problems.
    I was going to ask if the stacker vol could be flaky, but I guess if you 
are tossing incoming mail it can't be that.
