On "Dateline NBC" tonight, (12-23-97) they did a brief piece on the Iowa
cat-killers, and the others involved.
What made me sick to my stomach was the reactions of one of the brat's
family members. The father said, "we don't deserve all this, the death
threats and all," (awwwww. Too bad.) and a brother of one of the murderers
had a "so what, it's just a cat" attitude. No wonder the bastard didn't
care what he was doing. Apparently these brats weren't taught that
what they did was wrong.
And the *^%$# lawyers the kids had, one said in court about the cats that
were killed, "they're just worthless."
Now animal lovers are pushing to have these crimes reclassified as felonies.
Should've been done decades ago.
And I just have two words for the parents of the killers, Jeffrey Dahmer.
(Because that's how that guy started.)
