Americans (those in the USA) have the right to vote at age 18.
Although I do agree with you the right to vote should be lowered
to something far less.  Such as the day one is born.  But that
is another issue for another day.  Especially since those who are
yet unborn would still not have a right to vote ...

Once upon a time Americans made it happen.  They actually voted
for hope and change.  Only to find out it was all an illusion ...
