I don't know of anything that dosn't involve the user downloading them and 
using a special terminal or shelling/task switching and viewing them.
It would be possible to create a terminal that could read the files if piped 
down the modem to them, but they'd still in effect be downloading them. Of 
course you could use a thumbnail which would be much smaller..
