Joe and I dabbled in Linux once upon a time.  I don't recall the reasons he
no longer uses it, but for me, the serial routines were too buggy.  I
should have a Warp 4 system setup here in a few weeks mainly to keep out
pests.  I'll still have the XP machine, but that will be for personal use. 
It'll be just like an oversized laptop.
