Hi all,
       I was rabitting on about pedestrians a while back, and I was
reading Ian Rankin just now, where his character Inspector Rebus
mentions that pedestrians ought to be issued with a hammer. That way,
no car driver would risk antagonising them.

 It would work!

 And it's obvious that Mr Rankin gets the shits with car drivers like
I do when I'm on foot. I'd give real money to have a hammer on me, the
few times a driver's nearly bowled me over.
