According to "Faces" -- Klingon DNA seems extremely resistant
to the effects of the Phage.

I was extremely uneasy about that as well. Seems that there
should've been all sorts of unresolved feelings flying about between
Log-Boy and that Bitch Janeway. Unfortunately, them focussing in on
it other than within that particular episode would mean that the
writers needed to pay attention to the possibility of a story thread.
Something they have avoided at all costs unless it deals with the Borg
and it can be used as a ratings grabber.
