     Hiya Carol, Howdy from San Diego,
     Actually the Aquaclear box says it's good for up to a 15 gallon tank, so
it should be enough..  SHOULD being the operative word.  I just had my first
fish die yesterday, a white Mollie..  She had her tail bitten into and I 
hink
the massive cleaning and water exchange was too much for her..  Now I'm down 
to
7 fish, which is better for this tank anyway..
