Thanks, I didn't even know that TAPI existed until a couple hours ago
when I saw it mentioned on the Borland Newsgroup.  They get a lot of
messages from people who are trying to access serial port/modem.
By the way for anyone interested check the help file TAPI , the "T"
stands for Telephony.  Unfortunately seems to be Win95 only.
