Anyone ever have a horse they had trouble with keeping on shoes??  I'm
having a terrible time with SEDONA.  She keeps throwing the shoe on the right
front -- this is 3 times now.
    I've had the vet check her -- they say she's OK - I've had teh blacksmith
check her -- HE says no problem.  BUT, *I* think that there MUST be a reason
why she always throws the shoe on her right front leg.
    When we got her and brought her home, the next day she had lost that shoe
....... Now, I thought it might have been just because it was over due for 
he
farrier to come -- I had no idea when she had been shod (and I had forgotten 
to
ask) so I didn't think much about it.  Our farrier came out the very next day
and put NEW shoes on her all the way around.
    Within a few weeks she had lost that right front shoe (Now, that SHOULD
have set me to thinking but it didn't).  We had the farrier back out to re-do
it.  On the farrier's next visit (he comes her on a regular basis every 6
weeks) she had lost that same shoe ........ Now, with the new shoes he put on
her a couple of weeks ago, she lost that same shoe AGAIN.    He was back
yesterday afternoon to put it back on (we found that shoe this time so he
re-did it and put it back on).
    She's not overstepping ....... when the shoes are on she seems OK .....
