Generally speaking nothing is free, I was mentioning how a lot of folks
complain about the price of petrol but happily buy water at a gas station at
double the price of the gasoline when they could use a refillable container
and get it for free at the gas station when buying gasoline.

BTW, why would the Bundy council charge you, you mean it cost you that to
drive there, wasn't the water actually free :)
