Shhh!!! don't tell that to my modem! When I call my ISP, i can somtimes get 
33.6 recieve (they are using rack mounted couriers (ISDN version i belive). 
The only problem is that if i get a connect above 28.8, the connect only 
lasts about 15 minutes, at most.
