I have the same thing here.  I left a message on USR's BBS asking
exactly what modem I would be getting in exchange for the USR HST 14400
and $249.  They said I would recieve the USR Dual Standard with
Veverything including a flash BIOS for the 33000 speed coming out.
Being a sysop, you'll probably get a better deal.
Might be worth the phone call.
Have your serial numbers handy!
