It is true that it is illegal to pass laws which contridict the
constitution.
Now for a question, Charles: have you read the constitution lately, the
entire thing, that is?  If so, the next question should be fairly easy,
I suppose.  If not, please read the constitution immediately.  Then
please answer the following question:
Which part (and please quote) of the US constitution makes it illegal to
require the licensing of cars and drivers? Justify your statement.
