On 12/12/09, Jeff Snyder quoted Al Kaiser: Babylon 5 Viewing Order. AK> You may or may not seen this. I had some feed problems and don't know if AK> any of my mail went out or not. I know I have not seen any new messages AK> since sometime in October. So not sure if the problem was one way or not. AK> AK> Just in case here it is again. Hello again Al. Actually, your previous message is dated November 19th, and was imported into my BBS -- the Armageddon BBS -- On November 20th. Bear in mind that we are GMT+10 here, which puts us 14 hours ahead of US Eastern Standard Time. Anyway, I responded to your message of November 19th with the following message that same day. I assume that you never received or read it: ----- Begin Quote ----- Hello Al. Well, my situation hasn't changed much. I still haven't gotten around to watching Babylon 5 -- any of it -- yet. I've just been busy with other things. I'll get around to it one of these days...probably after I get my new 27" 2.8 GHz Quad Core iMac with an ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics card, 2 TB hard drive and 8 GB of RAM. Oh-oh...boy I can't wait for that baby to arrive...but it won't be for about another two months, from what I've been told. Man am I going to have some viewing pleasure then! Right now, I am watching stuff on a 733 MHz G4 with a very slow graphics card that only has 16 MB of VRAM, so there is a lot of stuff that I can't even watch...but that will change soon. Ah yes! :) ----- End Quote ------ As an update to the above, I am still waiting for my new iMac to arrive. I don't know if anyone here is a Macintosh user, but there have been some serious problems with the new iMacs which are now resulting in some shipping delays. Realistically-speaking, from everything that I have read online, I don't expect to receive my new machine until late January, or possibly not even until February. It's very discouraging. :( But getting back to Babylon 5, nope, still haven't gotten around to watching it yet. In fact, I have piles of stuff I have been collecting over the months that I haven't watched yet, including a number of new shows I am interested in such as Stargate Universe, FlashForward, Fringe, Dollhouse, Defying Gravity and Sanctuary. One might get the impression that I am a sci-fi buff. :) And then there's all of the old shows on which I have fallen way behind... and I do mean literally seasons behind. I am also looking forward to Caprica and a few others.
