Same here but 1.73.  E10 is a small enough shift that contrary to some web
sites, there's little difference.

Several states have mandated it's use and most states allow it, though some
do not tell the people that they have it in the pumps.  This leads to the
mistaken impression that its not E10.  Quite a bit of commentary on that.

Main difference in our prices and yours, is probably state and local taxes. 
Norfolk for example adds a tax to gas so is 10cents more than Virginia Beach.
