If you didn't want to hear anything else about it, you shouldn't have posted
this.  You can't just say "I get the last word, and that is all."  Doesn't
work that way here.  
Ever consider that you don't attend the same parties others do?  ever
consider that there are other parties with other clientele where people drink
til they puke, pass out, black out, make _total fools_ of themselves, in
order to "get away" for a while?  Ever considered that the real alcoholic
kids can't get into the bar, because they can't afford to drink there and
couldn't get in because they were only twelve years old?  What about the
people in the bar getting hammered for reasons besides the ones that you
think they are there for?  Everybody isn't you (thank god, or lucifer, or
peppermint patty), and just because you don't drink because of your problems
doesn't mean that others don't.  
Pardon me if this is too offensive, or too true, but you show off your
ignorance like a shinny toy sherrif's badge, showcasing it for all to see.

We are all uninformed about some topics, but when we _are_ uninformed, it's
good form to keep our mouths shut and our digits stilled.
