From any software vendor that carries Microsoft products and isn't too lazy 
to do a special order (nobody stocks this; they always have to get it from 
the distributor). I used to see it in Computer Discount Warehouse (CDW)'s 
catalog, also that catalog devoted to networking stuff. Can't remember the 
name (the catalog is at the office, I'm at home.....) Might have been 
DataComm Warehouse.
