I have a question about this.. When you plug a 16 mbit/sec configured card 
into a 4 mbit/sec network you get an biconing. But when you plug an 4 
mbit/sec card into a 4 mbit/sec network nothings hapends to the other 
computers in the network.. Is this an correct way or did i miss something 
when im tested it?
