First things first: go to yoru Squish directory and type "sqset
o:\max\msg\private 0 0 30" Then run sqpack on that base and see what happens.
I've found that sometimes it doesn't "catch" the first time, so you may need
to go through that sequence again.
If that still doesn't work, and you have that message base defined in your
squish.cfg, get a copy of SQPURGE and change the info in Squish.cfg and run
"sqpurge \squish.cfg " and that'll trim ALL your bases to
what is specified in your squish.cfg file. Now, I'd be careful about running
it on ALL your bases, 'cause if you're like me, you have changed things since
you last ran SQSET. :)
