That has been their problem for years. In the mid-80s, a forklift driver
retired from GM as a millionaire, having saved most of his paycheck for
the 50 years he worked there and lived a poverty level life until then.

His last hourly rate was $16.75/hour and that was 1980 something...Today,
they make $75/hour...
