It saves user profile and mail files in the program directory?  This is
improper file system usage, and is an example of a program that will not
allow running as non-administrator (unless you install it somewhere under
the user's Windows user profile, and install one copy per user). Do
separate Windows accounts at least get separate opera user profiles?
