We hit a new mile stone last week; a house sold for over $500,000 (110
Niven Drive) for the first time.

Prices dipped in the late nineties when several gold mines closed but
really took off again when the diamond mines opened up. Up 29% in the
last year years.

We're building like crazy but can't keep up. There just aren't enough
construction guys available to cope with the boom.
