  Trust the bureaucrats to do it the most complicated way. It'll be a
few months before I get up to the hundreds. I'm having a real bad
year, actually: interest rates are down and my 10-year bonds are
nearly due, I've used the heart attack as an excuse to bugger-off my
consultancy, and I'm spending an extra $60 a month on bloody pills.

  I think I'll become a beachcomber...
