Yes.  In the buffet restaurants down here, you pay upon entering, find
yourself a place to sit and eat all you want for a single price.  Drink
refills are free, too.  The pirates at the adjoining table had a receipt of
their own (I hope) and what they wanted with mine is a mystery.
