I imagine it'll be Vince vs. Hogan at WM a'la SCSA vs. Vince.

As for why bring back Vince, I'd guess that Vince wanted back on 
television.  He probably thinks another version of Vince vs. SCSA can 
boost ratings and attendance at house shows.
