Hi Marie,
I have spoken with you before concerning my husband's interfamily adoption.  
He lost his Mom in 1944 and his older brother and sister-in-law
adopted him, his brother, and an older sister.  I have written to Baltimore, 
MD for his record w/ no luck.  Both to Prince George, and Montgomery County.  
They were living in Takoma Park - Maryland at the time of the adoption.  They 
were all born in Brooklyn, NY  do you know anything else I can do to try to 
obtain these records.  Their new
birth certificates were issued from NY  How does it work when there are two 
states involved in this type of adoption?  Hope someone has some answers.
