More likely your state is one of the ones that dont require it be posted at
the pump.  E-10 is now our commonality.  

The following states (yours among them) do not require E10 be labeled:

District of Columbia - DC,  Indiana - In,  Kansas - KS,  Kentucky - KY, 
Louisiana - LA,  
Maryland - MD,  Michigan - MI,  Minnesota - MN,  Missouri - MO,  Nevada - NV,
 
New Hampshire - NH (inconclusive - read) - New Jersey - NJ,  North Carolina -
NC,  
Ohio - OH,  Oklahoma - OK.

Since it's cheaper, it's almost certain you are getting E10 without knowing
it.
