In a "single" task dos environment, such is true. In a multitasking
there is more than one environment. Also, multitaskers are aware that
a COM program should or could be run in a smaller memory window.
Multitaskers don't run under the same memory allocation rules as
"pure" dos type environment.
I did post some code on resizing a COM program's memory and shelling
another program as a child process. Would you like for me to post it
again?
