Well, there are two possible options:
 - If the NE2000 driver is inlined into the kernel image, you could alter the 
code to recognise the card (i.e. add the Manufaturer and Product ID to the 
list of known NE2000 compatible cards, or add the io and irq to the list of 
ports and lines searched).
 - If you insert the driver as a module, you can pass the values over using 
"io=0x... irq=.." as arguments to insmod or in the /etc/modules file.
