Irvine hits out at Hill

(13-Jul-98) - Eddie Irvine has hit out at Damon Hill for weaving -- just
two races after Ferrari team-mate Michael Schumacher accused the former
world champion of nearly killing him after similar bad-manners in Canada.

Irvine, who was following Hill in the opening stages of the race, was able
to pass everyone but his Jordan rival.

"I was loving it when I was passing people at the start," said
Irvine. "It was great and what Formula One is all about."

"Every time, coming out of the last corner, I was able to get someone
before the first corner. Except for Damon that is -- who didn't know which
side of the track he wanted to drive on."

"There's no point in talking to Damon about it. It is something to do
with the Stewards so we will leave it at that."
