You lack of knowledge about alcohoism is apparent.. Teenagers are not just
drinking to impress their friends.  Many of those drink alone as well as
with their friends.  Also just because someone goes without a drink for a
week doesn't mean that person is " not " an alcoholic. I would highly
suggest going to a open AA meeting and/or read the Big Book before making 
any more comments.
You need to educate yourself about alcoholism before try to impress people
about your lack of knowledge or understanding of alcoholism.  This message is
directed at you and others who claim to know more then they really do.
