  I do not think FoxBase will help You at all, it is one way only. Hope
You know, if the Author Copyrighted it, it is illegal to try to decompile
it without his permission. I suggest You try to get the Source from him
first. If he absolutely can not be located, then there is a program named
ReFox, that will do as you wish, sans headers and comments.
