I think BT was Fake Razor.  Just FWIW, NWO Japan changed its name to 
"Aristrist" briefly before becoming "Team 2000" when
negotiations 
between NJ and WCW hit the skids for a time.

IMHO, everyone who was NWO from the time Russo tried to reinvent it (to 
the reponse of one big unified groan from the fans) on forward needs to 
have an asterisk by his or her name.
