Msged/NT 4.00 for Windows 95/NT has finally been released, and is currently
available for FREQ from 3:635/727 or 3:635/728 as MSGNT400.ZIP.  This
archive is also available on the Internet via FTP from snoopy.apana.org.au
in the /pub/blizzard/ directory.  Chances are it will also be available at
ftp.juge.com very shortly.

The archive size is 157K, and includes the MSGAPINT.DLL support library, as
well as a complete list of changes in UNIX context diff format to enable
you to patch and recompile the code yourself.  See README.TXT for more
information.
