To correct the false impressions that misleading statement has created, I
suggest you _start_ with

So, for example, it emerges from that site that the earliest translation of the
whole Bible into English was NOT from the Greek and HEbrew, but from the
Vulgate.

That is probably not what you really want. You need to think more carefully
