Sounds reasonable. I always focus on Gitlow, since reversing that reverses
all of the incorporation cases, nailing freedom of religion, freedom of
speech, freedom of the press, and defendant's rights at one fell swoop. I'm
sure that would go a long way to making Reps. Barr and Aderholt happy.
