There are a few dive medic-type of courses available.  You
might want to check into the DMT (Diving Medical Technician)
program which is very similar to the EMT program.  Several
places in Florida offer this training.  Check with Dick Rutkowski's
operation through Ocean Divers in Key Largo (800-451-1113).
There's also an outfit called Lifeguard Systems Inc. in New York
(914-339-7413) that offers numerous diver safety and advanced
diver medical training classes.
