-=> Quoting LYNDA KENDRICK to JIM FOLEY <=-
LK> Greetings,
Hi.
LK> Would really like to see some really unusual breeding - and raising of
LK> the young ..
The closest I have come to breeding, was when my corey started
laying eggs. There was only one in the tank so they werent
fertilized and the other fish promptly ate them.
Now the bettas have an unsual method as I stated before. The male
builds a bubble nest looks after the eggs until they hatch. There
is quite a bit of work to getting them to breed and keeping the
young alive. Or at least that's how it was described to me when I
thought about breeding them. I think I still have it somewhere
around here. If not I am sure that someone can descibe the
necessary steps.
Take care
