That's funny. We get a lot of German tourists here in northern Canada but
they tend to be real nature lovers: pack packers, hikers and canoeists
who want to get out into the wild country.

What you described sounds more like American tourists. 

Our only complaint is that *some* Germans tend to be under experienced,
get into precarious situations in very remote areas and need expensive
search and rescue operations.
